In this issue, we have carefully selected 3 dipping sauce representatives that symbolized different regions of Vietnam. Your culinary trip will set out with Mắm Tỏi Ớt (chilli-garlic fish sauce), followed by the little-known story of Mắm Nêm (fermented anchovy sauce), and lastly, the prominent Mắm Tôm from the North.
